New GoodSNES and GoodNES

It's been a long long time, but here is a new GoodSNES!  I am positive I forgot to add some translations that were emailed to me by a few groups. I'll get those added after I sort all the ^@*$ Mario hacks

GoodNES also is fixed for 'fixnes' command for some users of 32bit CPUS/OS combos.
